Located in the "heart" of the City of Irwindale on a former rock quarry, this master-planned industrial development will offer 2.1 Million square feet of quality industrial and retail space once completed. Seen as an opportunity as opposed to discarded land, Trammell Crow Co. worked closely with the citizens and Staff of the City of Irwindale to deliver a first-class industrial park that would enhance the City and offer thousands of job opportunities to local residents and the surround communities.

Phase I of the Business Center, consisting of 1.2 Million square feet and a value of $65 Million, was completed in the third quarter of 2001 and accounted for about 20% of new industrial space constructed in the San Gabriel Valley.
